CD/DVD Releases: Kinetic Element Enter Studio To Record ''Powered By Light''

As posted to e-prog by Mike "The Mad Organist" Visaggio, "Hey folks, we go into Sound of Music Studio this Thursday to FINALLY get Powered By Light recorded. Producer/engineer John Morand will be at the controls. John has done some bands that have a sound generally similar to ours but is very excited to be doing a progressive rock band album. We told him "Think Eddy Offord" and his eyes lit up!

"We will have 6 pieces of which many of you have heard three on our Myspace page, but those are now updated since we added a guitarist and became a quartet. Looks like about 65 minutes of music.

"We engaged prog CD artist Martin Kornick to do our cover art. He recently did Keith Emerson's album, and has also done Neal Morse, The Tangent, Ajalon and others. We decided to do a sneak peek for you [here].
