CD/DVD Releases: News From Burning Star Records

Burning Star Records have signed Greek neoclassical metal band Ragenheart based on hearing the band's demo; the band's debut album is scheduled for a late 2007 release. The label has also signed metal band Persefone, whose new album Core is already out in Japan and due out soon from Burning Star. And Greek cult metal band Olethrio Rigma has also signed to the label; the first release of the deal, an anthology entitled Anthology, a digipack release with "a luxurious booklet, never before seen photos, brand new songs, [and a] bonus DVD featuring the entire Rockwave 2005 (amongst other things!)."

Italian band Subliminal Fear completed work on their debut, Uncoloured World Dying, which will be released later this year. The artwork was done by Nerve Design, who've done covers for releases from Nile, Threshold, Sadist, Blinded Colony, Vision Divine, Eldritch and Enemynside. You can view the artwork here.
