The festival will take place at The Space in Stroud, Gloucestershire, England during the weekend of March 13 - 14, 2010; Touchstone will play on March 14, co-headlining with Galahad. Also on the bill - Magenta (Saturday's headliner), Moon Safari, RC2, Lee Abraham and Band, Andonova, James Hollingsworth, IO Earth, Crimson Sky, Sanguine Hum and Lou Richardson.

In April, Touchstone will headline the Classic Rock Society's show on April 17 at the Luminaire in London, England. "This is the first time CRS have announced a London gig, and we are proud to be involved with what we hope will be a successful run of CRS gigs 'down South'!" notes the band. Also on the bill, The Aurora Project.

In other news, the band announced the release of the enhanced rerelease of the Mad Hatters EP. "Touchstone are pleased to announce, after many requests from fans far and wide, the re-release of their 2006 EP, Mad Hatters. But this time the Hatter is wearing a new coat. This is Mad Hatters Enhanced EP, with the original tracks re-mastered by the sonic genius who is Tim Turan, and included are two live tracks from the band's highly successful first appearance in the USA at the Rites of Spring Festival in May 2009. These two tracks are taken from the band's forthcoming album Live In The USA due for release in 2010.

"The EP is OUT NOW and on sale from our website, buy a piece of Touchstone's past and future for only ?6.99. Price includes P&P for the UK. Additional postage charges will apply outside of the UK to cover costs only."

The single from the band's second album Wintercoast, "Strange Days," "gets to No.4 in [the] European Klassik Rock (EKR) - Track of the Year mega poll Top 100. 'Strange Days' has reached number 4 out of a 1000+ tracks voted for by EKR forum users. BIG THANKS Martin and all at EKR, also to all who voted for us. And finally: "On 19th December 2009, just before Touchstone played their sold out Xmas gig at the Peel in Kingston Upon Thames, Rob and Kim gave an exclusive interview to the House of Progression Live at the Peel, courtesy of River Gibbs FM.

Interviewing them was the inimitable Geoff Banks of Get Ready to Rock, ex-Kerrang! (and numerous other publications) fame. Geoff is also the ex-manager of prog legends IQ and presently a publicist for Pallas. Touchstone would like to put on record their appreciation to Geoff, all at the House of Progression - especially the wonderful Twang - and indeed all at The Peel, itself. Also to River Gibbs FM for their great support.
