This dude rocks! I know that sounds so surfer dude and like I just walked off one of the beaches in Southern California, but I cannot help myself. John Polino plays and sings with heart and he is serious about the way he conducts his business on his new release The Ties That Bind.

He can be touching and heartfelt ("Father's Day" & "Let's Make Some Memories") or in your face without pulling any punches ("Love Can't Buy Me Shit"). Whatever the subject matter, Polino knows how to bust out all the notes with plenty of hooks on his guitar and sing like a man with a purpose and a desire to get his point across, and he so does very well I might add.

He picked a good title for his CD because what he sings about is life and the love he has for it. This is all great rock 'n' roll that is very simple and original, much like the man that makes it. Besides good musicians, which this recording has, what other qualities could you possibly need when it comes to making music that leaves a lasting impression? Polino has a lock on all the necessary elements that spell success. I am sure you will be hearing more and more about him if enough people listen to this album?make sure you hear it!
