German band Mob Rules impressed me with their debut album. Now they return with their second CD entitled Temple Of Two Suns.

Not much has changed since the debut. This is still melody and guitar oriented, bombastic, melodic metal. Perhaps they are even more focused on melody than speed this time around, as the songs are more accessible and memorable. The songs are of very high quality and it is hard not to like this. The instrumentation, vocals and production are irreproachable.

If you are a fan of melodic metal and melodic power metal just listen to songs like "Celebration Day" and "Outer Space" and you'll be hooked immediately. Highlights are easy to find on this album and this is just as good as the debut CD, if not better!
